The broad reach of my systems design work for the Echo Look and Alexa required intense, large-scale collaboration with dozens of product managers and developers.

  • Year 1: First designer on the initial Echo Look product team (employee #3). Provided instrumental product design vision, from initial product pitch storyboards through approved business requirements and VUI.
  • Year 2: Alexa Voice UI Design Team. Solved platform-level design challenges like a revised interruption model. Owned design for Alexa Notifications, Do Not Disturb, and the Sonos and Ford partnerships.
